I am easily influenced, a marketer's dream except not the right demographic.
Here’s what influenced me this past week.
My book club suggested and voted for Ambition Monster, a memoir by Jennifer Romolini. The way she makes sense on trauma and workaholic-ism and the way I am relating too much to this.
Swapped my faux fur for faux plants, (thanks to insta decor) what took so long.
All my favorite substackers are talking about The Perfect Couple on Netflix, so now I am halfway through it and it’s been consuming the crevices in my brain all day.
The Coach Empire Carryall was all over my tik tok fyp and ofc I needed a new bag for my increased office cameos. It’s navy blue and buttery soft and looks chic on the C train but I will now be eating ramen the rest of the year. I buy too much Coach, I have stock in it. disclaimer.
Thank you Instagram for making me addicted to a show that may be worse than Emily in Paris. Tell me Lies on Hulu doesn’t even have good fashion, I am not running out an buying a puswa sweatshirt. I have never loved to hate two characters, Lucy and Stephen, more, though. Also, why is this show so dark? It’s hard for my aging eyes to see a damn thing.

Thanks for the mention Jody! Have you finished The Perfect Couple yet? What say you?
